RECORD This Woman Lost 518 Pounds At 57, And You Better Sit Down Before Seeing What She Looks Like After

My 600-Lb Life season 3 included Pauline Potter, who has had quite an adventurous weight loss journey since her experience on one of the best reality TV shows.

Pauline weighed more than 700 pounds at one time in her life, when she held the Guinness World Record for the World’s Heaviest Female in 2011.

Pauline made the decision to get assistance in order to be less of a burden because she was largely dependent on her son for her well-being.

At the time, Pauline was 51 years old and suffering from serious health problems as a result of her weight.

There is still interest in the former cast member even if she won’t be appearing in My 600-Lb Life season 12.

Pauline is undoubtedly one of the many patients who Dr. Now has witnessed throughout the episode resist his weight loss plan.

Prior to the show, her weight was 643 pounds, and she originally objected to the 1,200 calorie diet that was prescribed.

Pauline eventually gave up completely on her attempt to lose weight.

She almost did not receive the weight loss surgery since she gained weight while on the show.

She reached a top weight of 678 pounds while under Dr. Now’s treatment. Fans, however, commend Dr. Now for his straightforward demeanor and style.

Pauline eventually became interested in losing weight, and after she shed 44 pounds, Dr. Now gave her the go-ahead for surgery.

Pauline found it difficult to lose weight even after her weight reduction surgery since she kept gaining weight rather than shedding it more quickly.

She later disclosed that following her surgery, she battled with a different addiction.

Pauline’s addiction to painkillers presented her with additional challenges. She eventually made her way back and dropped enough weight to be eligible for skin grafting.

After appearing on My 600-Lb Life season 3, it appears that Pauline was determined to succeed this time around in her weight loss endeavors.

Pauline Is An Inspiration After My 600-Lb Life

Pauline is one of the finest alumni of My 600-Lb Life for weight loss, having lost the most weight eight years after breaking the record for the World’s Heaviest Female.

In 2019, Pauline shared that she was ending her journey after shedding 520 pounds.

She said she was eager to go back to her native California after living in Houston, Texas, for a number of years.

Even while not every narrative on My 600-Lb Life is a hit, Pauline is a role model. It can be difficult to break bad habits and to become a reality TV star.

I hope My 600-Lb Life will feature more success stories in the future.
