“We’re Done with This”: Tom Homan Announces AOC is Under Investigation, Faces Potential Prosecution for Aiding Illegals

In an epic moment on Laura Ingraham’s show on Fox News Channel, “The Ingraham Angle,” Trump Administration Border Czar Tom Homan commented on a recent webinar shared by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez in which the leftist member of Congress gave advice to illegal immigrants. He said that she might have committed a crime and is being investigated for her comments.

AOC, sharing the webinar online and including tips for illegal immigrants, wrote, “Our strategic advantage in this moment is our strength in numbers. It is time to use it. In nearly every way, we outnumber those who want to abuse their power and keep people in fear. The truth is, they cannot come after us all. That is why they actively USE and create fear: to get us to give up in advance and withdraw from public life without them lifting a finger.”

She went on to call for her followers to tape out posters with the tips and “tape them up in your workplace or keep them by your door.” Explaining why, she said, “So if ICE comes to your workplace or home, whether you are a citizen or noncitizen – YOU can defend your community and our constitution by exercising your right.”

It was about all those comments from AOC that Tom Homan spoke during his appearance on “The Ingraham Angle.” Namely, when Ingraham asked him if AOC had gone too far in aiding the illegal immigrants, Homan said, “And I sent an email today to the deputy attorney general.”

Continuing, he asked at what point comments like those she made are impeding law enforcement operations and thus illegal, saying, “At what level is that impedement? Is that impedement? I’m not an attorney, I’m not a prosecutor. Is that impedement? Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts?”

Concluding, he rhetorically asked what the Trump Administration will do if it turns out she did act illegally, saying that she might find herself in trouble. He said, “And if so, what are we gonna do about it? Is she crossing the line? So, I’m working with the Department of Justice and finding out. Where is that line that they cross? So, maybe AOC’s gonna be in trouble now.”

Posting about his comments on X, Eric Daugherty, a conservative political commentator, said, “🚨 HOLY SHT!! Border Czar Tom Homan just said he has referred Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to the DOJ for potential PROSECUTION after she potentially impeded law enforcement from finding illegal aliens. Homan: ‘We’re DONE [with this].’” Watch Homan here:
