Tom Jones, the legendary singer and The Voice judge, has openly shared his recent health struggles, including two hip replacements and a commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
Jones, an iconic figure in the music industry since the 1960s, has been a mainstay on The Voice UK panel alongside will.i.am, with the exception of season five.
Jones underwent hip replacement surgeries due to severe discomfort during performances, humorously remarking, “Yeah, I can do about four songs without sitting.” Last year, he discussed plans for his second hip replacement and later reassured fans of his successful recovery.
Additionally, Jones revamped his diet, embracing a paleo diet emphasizing lean meats, fruits, fish, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. He also reduced alcohol intake, shedding excess weight.
