Surprising Arrival: Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden Welcome Second Baby at 51 and 45

Benji Madden and Cameron‌ Diaz have been happily married ⁤for over nine years now. They welcomed their first child, a daughter, four years ago ‍and ‍have kept her out of the public eye⁤ since‌ then.⁣ However, the couple ‌has recently announced the arrival of their second child, a son named Cardinal.

The⁤ news came as a ‌surprise to many, as the couple has always been very private about their personal lives. In their joint‌ Instagram ‌announcement, they shared a photo of a piece‍ of artwork with the ⁤words “A little bird whispered to me,” revealing the‌ birth of their son.

The couple’s caption ⁤read, “We are blessed and ⁢excited to announce the birth of⁤ our Son, Cardinal Madden. He is awesome and‍ we ⁤are all so happy he⁤ is here!”⁣ They⁢ also mentioned that they will⁣ not be sharing any photos of their children for their safety and privacy.

This is not the⁤ first time the couple has kept their‌ family ⁣news under‍ wraps. They ‍tied the knot in 2015 and welcomed their daughter Raddix in ⁢2019, ⁣only announcing her birth after the fact. In the birth announcement, Cameron Diaz wrote, “She has instantly captured our hearts and completed our family.”

While the⁢ couple is overjoyed ‍with their new addition, they also feel a strong instinct to protect their children’s privacy. They have not shared any details about their son’s birth, but according to a source close to the couple, they went through a lot ⁤to ⁤have their daughter and consider her a miracle.

However, not everyone is supportive of their decision to have a ⁢child at ‌this point in their lives. Some have criticized Cameron’s age, with one Instagram user commenting, ⁣”Who the heck wants to become a parent at 51 yrs old?” But as with ⁣any decision, there will always be differing opinions.

Despite any criticism, Benji and Cameron⁢ are happy and grateful for their growing family. They have chosen to keep their children out of the public eye, and we should respect their decision.
