Strawberry Bread

I made this today and totally love it!

OMG! I just ate a slice (actually 2; 1 warm, 1 cool) and it is wonderful.I made this exactly as directed. Came out great

What do you need to make Strawberry Bread

Bread –

¾ cup sugar

½ cup milk

½ cup vegetable oil

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

2 cups diced strawberries

2 tablespoons flour

Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar

2 tablespoons butter, melted

⅓ cup diced strawberries

½ teaspoon vanilla

1-2 tablespoons milk

How to make Strawberry Bread

FIRST STEP:

Bread –

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a loaf pan with baking spray

Toss strawberries in 2 tablespoons flour, set aside
