Star Of The ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ And ‘Gen V’ Dies At 27 After Motorcycle Accident

Actor Chance Perdomo is best known for his role as Ambrose Spellman on the TV series “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and as Andre Anderson on the Amazon Prime series “Gen V.”

At 27 years old, Perdomo was still building his career in Hollywood, but unfortunately his career and his life have been cut short. CNN reports that his family and representatives have released a statement sharing the sad news of his death.

According to his representative, Rachel Hunt, Perdomo died following a motorcycle accident on Saturday March 30, 2024; however, no information has been revealed about where the accident took place or any other details surrounding the accident except for sharing that nobody else was involved in the accident.

The statement included how Perdomo’s friends and family will remember him. The statement reads, “His passion for the arts and insatiable appetite for life was felt by all who knew him, and his warmth will carry on in those who he loved dearest.” In addition, his family requests “privacy as they mourn the loss of their beloved son and brother.”

Perdomo was one of the stars of the Amazon Prime series “Gen V” which was in production on season 2 of the show. Upon learning the news of Perdomo’s death, Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television released a joint statement on X sharing, “The entire Gen V family is devastated by the sudden passing of Chance Perdomo. Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television extend our heartfelt thoughts and support to Chance’s family and all who loved him at this difficult time.”

In addition, the producers of “Gen V” shared, “We can’t quite wrap our heads around this. For those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling, an enthusiastic force of nature, an incredibly talented performer, and more than anything else, just a very kind, lovely person. Even writing about him in the past tense doesn’t make sense. We are so sorry for Chance’s family, and we are grieving the loss of our friend and colleague. Hug your loved ones tonight.”
