Ohio Republican Representative Jim Jordan has called for a thorough investigation into House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and key figures from the January 6 Commission, asserting that their actions on Capitol Hill deserve closer scrutiny.
In a recent interview with CNN’s Manu Raju, Jordan wasted no time in stating that this investigation isn’t just about holding former President Trump accountable—
it’s also about revealing what Pelosi may have known about the tumultuous events of January 6.
Jordan contends that while Democrats have focused their attention on Trump’s role in the Capitol riots, they are conveniently overlooking a broader spectrum of issues plaguing the nation—from escalating crime in urban areas to the worsening crisis at the border and the skyrocketing costs of everyday goods like eggs, milk, lumber, and used cars.
“This is about going after President Trump, you know. They don’t want to talk about anything else,” Jordan stated. “They’re avoiding the real problems by fixating on one man’s past actions.”
