Lacey Chabert is well known for the work she did on many different movies, including Mean Girls. It seemed as if she was going to continue on that street, but age seems to have caught up with her.

Many of the young women that she played in movies with managed to continue to stay in the limelight. Even Lindsay Lohan, despite the fact that she had her troubles, was well known for many reasons.

Now that many years have passed, some people may wonder why Lacey Chabert is no longer showing up in the spotlight. It seems as if she has disappeared, but she is succeeding in life.

Lacey gave birth to a girl named Julia in September 2016. The actress then started nesting, getting ready for the arrival of her daughter and taking care of her Chihuahua named Kitty.

Even though Lacey was looking forward to the birth of her daughter, she did have to consider her priorities in life and how they would be changing. It can be difficult to be part of the entertainment industry and to also be a young mother.

In 2018, she said: “If you had told me two years ago that this is what my career would look like today, I think I would’ve been surprised, but it’s such a great fit for who I am and where I am in my life right now.”

Although she has done some incredible things in her personal life, she has become frozen in time for many people who still look at her as a mean teenage girl from the movies. Her peers continued to move forward in Hollywood, but she remained behind.

It’s also important to consider how many of her peers have made tens of millions of dollars in the same year that she was having a baby. Her movies seem to fizzle from Mean Girls forward, and she hasn’t been in a large budget film in more than 10 years.

That doesn’t mean that she isn’t successful, and she has a net worth that is estimated to be around $4 million. When compared to some of her peers, however, it seems like a drop in the bucket.

Essentially, she loves living in a small town and although she did enjoy her time in Hollywood, and she appreciated their support, she still was proud of where she is from.

She is also interested in branching out into other areas of the industry. Although we have yet to see what she is able to do, it will be interesting to watch her as a new rising star.
