I Came Home and Found My Humiliated Wife Crying behind a Closed Door

A man’s wife, battling cancer and wearing a wig, faced distress when his nieces took it as a prank, refusing to return it until she showed her bald head.

Seeking advice on Reddit’s “AITA” forum, the husband narrated the incident, questioning his actions. Supporting his wife during chemotherapy, the couple coped with her hair loss using a wig. The man’s sister, facing post-divorce struggles, moved in with her twin daughters.

On the other hand, the man’s sister was going through a difficult phase in her life. Following her divorce, she didn’t have a place to live. She asked her brother if she could live in his home with her twin daughters.

“What happened? Why are you crying?” he asked while holding her by her arms.
The man had no reason to refuse, so he allowed his sister and nieces to move in with him. He had no idea what would happen in the days to come.

The nieces, curious about the wig, took it without realizing the emotional impact on the wife. Discovering the situation, the husband confronted the girls, highlighting their humiliation of his wife. Despite pleas from the sister and nieces, he insisted they leave, prioritizing his wife’s comfort.

The man sought opinions on Reddit, questioning if he was wrong for evicting them.
