How to Use:

  1. Turmeric and Salt Paste: Mix 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp salt, and water. Brush for 2 minutes and rinse.
  2. Turmeric Mouth Rinse: Mix 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp salt, and warm water. Swish for 1-2 minutes and rinse with water.
  3. Turmeric and Coconut Oil Pulling: Mix 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and a pinch of salt. Swish for 10-15 minutes, spit out, and rinse.
