Once you’ve mastered the basic method, customization is easy. A light sprinkle of black pepper adds bite, while brown sugar or maple syrup creates a subtle sweet-savory finish. Smoked paprika or chili flakes can bring gentle heat. This oven method is low-mess, hands-off, and dependable, making it perfect for everything from weekend breakfasts to sandwiches and salads.
