How to keep head lice away from children (and adults!)

Getting rid of head lice can pose a challenge for parents, yet prevention

might prove to be more straightforward than anticipated. One successful

approach involves incorporating tea tree oil into your daily regimen.

A mom named Kim Wright took to Facebook to share a valuable tip ahead of

the start of the back-to-school season. According to her, one very useful

way of preventing lice infestation is by simply adding a few drops of tea

tree oil to your children’s shampoo or crafting a diluted tea tree oil spray for their hair.

Wright says that this purely natural solution not only combats

lice effectively but also serves as a deterrent against mosquitoes.

Of course, despite parents’ best efforts, some children may still get lice.

In such cases, there are various methods available to get rid of them successfully.

Lice can also affect adults, so using the tea tree oil spray for

yourself as a preventive measure can help a great deal. While lice

infestations can be bothersome, implementing these proactive measures can help keep your family lice-free.
