Gordon Ramsay shares important message after potentially fatal accident

Gordon Ramsay is grateful to be alive, and he attributes his survival not only to the medical professionals, nurses, and other staff members at a hospital in Connecticut who attended to him, but also to the helmet that he claims was the deciding factor in his survival.

During the weekend that was designated for Father’s Day, the renowned chef resorted to social media in order to tell his followers a terrifying story. Even after a week had passed since the accident, Ramsay was still rattled up by it today.

In his letter, he stated, “This week I was riding my bike in Connecticut when I was involved in a really bad accident.” I am doing fine and did not break any bones or have any severe injuries; nevertheless, I am a little bruised up and look like a purple potato. Thank you for your concern. An ardent cyclist, Ramsay, emphasized the significance of wearing a helmet regardless of how “short the journey is” or the fact that helmets are expensive due to the fact that they are “crucial.”
