As the former president of the United States, Donald Trump, has been on the campaign trail for months, scoring wins in the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary, all eyes are on him and his wife Melania, with many questioning their relationship since she hasn’t been seen by his side during the campaign.
Melania suffered a loss when her mother Amelia passed away in January at the age of 78.
“Amalija Knavs was a strong woman who always carried herself with grace, warmth, and dignity. She was entirely devoted to her husband, daughters, grandson, and son-in-law. We will miss her beyond measure and continue to honor and love her legacy,” the former first lady wrote on X.
During the private funeral, held at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida, on January 18, Melania delivered an emotional eulogy, paying tribute to her mother’s “unparalleled affection.” She remembered her mother as “a ray of light in the darkest of days.”
“She embodied the best mother, wife, grandmother, mother-in-law – a true beacon of love and luxury in our lives,” Melania Trump said, adding that her mother’s “beauty and impeccable sense of style turned the heads of many.”
Judi James, a body language specialist, analyzed the photo of the Trump family taken on the day of the funeral and said that Donald Trump “seems to have adopted a pose similar to his wife Melania” and “looking much more vulnerable than usual, with his arms falling to the front of his torso and a reflective-looking frown on his face.”
When it comes to Melania and her husband, there have been speculations about their relationship going on for quite some time. The reason why is that she decided not to accompany him on his trials and that she’s not often seen by his side during the capmaign.
