never ate the food—he’d snatch it and vanish. Chris assumed he was feeding puppies, but Ollie was a male. The mystery
deepened. One day, Chris followed Ollie and was shocked when the dog traveled far outside town to a seemingly abandoned
house. Ollie crawled through a fence and dropped the sandwich through a hole in the door. A bark,
answered from inside. Chris peered through a broken window and discovered a starving German Shepherd trapped in the
house. Ollie had been feeding his friend every day.
