Chris, 18, worked at a warehouse near a closed bike shop. Every day, he noticed a well-groomed Shiba Inu sitting outside the
shuttered store, staring through the glass. Curious, he learned from coworkers that the dog, named Ollie, belonged to the sho
p owner who hadn’t been seen in weeks. Moved by Ollie’s quiet loyalty, Chris began sharing his lunch with him. Strangely, Ollie
never ate the food—he’d snatch it and vanish. Chris assumed he was feeding puppies, but Ollie was a male. The mystery
deepened. One day, Chris followed Ollie and was shocked when the dog traveled far outside town to a seemingly abandoned
house. Ollie crawled through a fence and dropped the sandwich through a hole in the door. A bark,
answered from inside. Chris peered through a broken window and discovered a starving German Shepherd trapped in the
house. Ollie had been feeding his friend every day.
