Barron Trump’s unexpected ‘career move’ has everyone talking

Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump, is in his second year at Stern Business School. What he will do in the future is not known, although some of his father’s supporters claim that the 19-year-old is destined to be a future president.

Barron has reportedly made millions on crypto, but soon, his income might come from a prominent position at TikTok. A former producer at the company says he’s tipped for a leading role at the company.

The youngest son of President Trump has never had to worry about money, and it seems as if that will continue into the future. Although his father has been involved in several bankruptcies, money has always returned to the Trump accounts.

As Donald became President of the United States for a second time, he and Melania both released cryptocurrencies, which made them millions upon millions. However, Barron Trump appears not to have taken money from his parents but rather made it himself.

In a Forbes article, published on September 22, it states that Barron “was all-in on crypto” long before Donald. As of today, the 19-year-old’s net worth is reportedly around $150 million.

“So far, the 19-year-old NYU sophomore has pocketed an estimated $80 million from token sales and still holds an estimated 2.3 billion locked-up tokens, which Forbes heavily discounts because they can’t yet be traded. If the current price hangs on long enough, he might be able to dump them for $525 million when they unlock,” Forbes wrote.

Barron Trump played ‘sigificant role’ in Donald’s presidential election win

Barron was not seen much in public during his childhood as he was shielded from the media and scrutiny by his mother, Melania. However, as Donald Trump won the presidency a second time, it turned out that Barron played a significant role.

Speaking with the Daily Mail in September last year, Donald Trump revealed that Barron helped him connect with Gen Z voters through influencers and podcasters. When his father introduced him to a cheering crowd on Inauguration Day, Donald asked the crowd if they had heard of his “tall son.”

“He knew the youth vote. You know we won the youth vote by 36 points,” Trump said. “He was saying,’ dad, I got to go out and to this and that one and we did a lot of them. He respects them all, he understood it very well, he said’ dad, you got to go out and do Joe Rogan, all these guys that we did. They were all great, right? Barron, they were all great.”

TikTok has also been of great importance to reach a younger audience, and one can imagine that Barron Trump had quite some input in that field for his father.

Barron Trump could get top job at TikTok, claims former employee

The popular social media platform was feared to be shut down in the US, but was saved after Trump signed an executive order supporting a proposed deal that would put the platform under US ownership.

Now, TikTok might “thank” Trump through his youngest son. At least one former TikTok producer is to be believed. Speaking with the Daily Mail, Jack Advent, who helped introduce the president to the popular social media platform during the campaign, claims Barron Trump could be given a leading role at the company.

“Young people are overwhelmingly the user base of TikTok. I’m hopeful President Trump will consider appointing his son Barron and maybe other young Americans to TikTok’s board to help ensure it remains an app young people want to keep using,” Advent said.
