When this conscientious customer apologized in their note for placing an order right before closing time, they weren’t expecting such a kind response from the restaurant. Apparently, they had a very understandable reason for requesting delivery so late in the day. In their online order, they explained that they were sick and had only just woken up. Their message was so thoughtful!

“I’m sorry I’m ordering so late I’m very sick right now I just woke up I understand if you cancel BC you’re trying to close…” the customer wrote.
An employee from the restaurant was so moved by the note, they decided to write one of their own in response. They tucked it into the customer’s order, then threw in some free garlic bread.
“Thank you for the kind note,” the worker’s handwritten message read. “Don’t stress about ordering late, we don’t mind. Here’s a free garlic bread to help you feel a bit better.”

This wholesome interaction didn’t end there, though. After the customer received their food, they decided to leave a 5-star review referencing the impeccable service. We love it when restaurants respond to their customers’ special request notes, and this is such a heartwarming example.
