Priest reveals what heaven and hell really look like and it might surprise you

The debate and discussion about what the afterlife will look like will differ plenty depending on who you talk to. Some believe you will be reincarnated, others think it’s only pitch black, while most commonly, there is a belief in heaven and hell. But what will it look like? A priest has now spoken about what the afterlife in heaven and hell is – and it might shock you.

If you believe in heaven and hell, almost certainly, you want to end up in heaven. Many live their lives to pass through the gates, welcomed by Jesus.

There are many different biblical images and promises about what will await you, both in heaven and in hell. So, how could it look like? Speaking to Unilad, Reverend Chris Lee revealed that there are some vital differences. It’s pretty clear that you don’t want to end up in hell.

Speaking about heaven, Lee explained that even though we haven’t been told “everything” about heaven, Christ gives us an indication of how lovely it is.

“He talks about going ahead to prepare a place for disciples, so it will be a place prepared for us. St Paul’s in his Thessalonians, he talks about the way a fish has flesh and the way a bird has flesh are different, and the way we have flesh on this Earth will be different from the way we have new flesh in the heaven to come.,” Reverend Chris Lee said. “What is sown in the natural, will be sown in the spiritual. What is shown perishable will be imperishable.”

Priest reveals what heaven and hell really look like

He added that although it would be spiritual, you’d be recognized as yourself, not as some mist. He said you’d be “truly you,” adding that if you make it to heaven, your body will be transformed into a ‘glorious’ one.

So what would you do all day? The priest stated that there are plenty of things to occupy yourself with. Also, there will be “no suffering,” but “glorious and happy.”

So what about hell? Well, it’s safe to say that there is a vast difference compared to heaven. Reverend Chris Lee stated that hell is “difficult” to imagine as Jesus focused on giving an imagery of heaven. Hell has been more “metaphorical.”

“He talks about Gehenna, which is like a rubbish pile in which things are in flames. In villages and in places around the world in developing countries, they have these big places outside villages where they burn it, and sometimes it’s like that idea of hell,” Lee told Unilad. “If you push me, I think I do believe in some sort of separation from God. But do I believe in eternal torment? I don’t know.”

Do you believe in heaven and hell? If so, please give us your best examples of how you live to get into heaven. Moreover, please share this article if you believe in Jesus Christ.
