Henry Winkler Inducted into Television Hall of Fame
Henry Winkler, best known for his role on Happy Days, was honored at the Television Academy’s 27th Annual Hall of Fame Ceremony
on August 17 at JW Marriott LA Live in Los Angeles. He was joined by his wife of nearly 50 years, Stacey Weitzman,
along with their children and spouses, making the evening a true family celebration.
The actor was inducted by longtime friend and 2022 honoree Bob Daly, creating a full-circle moment. Winkler warmly acknowledged Daly,
saying, “I would not be here at this podium right now if it were not for you,” recalling that he had inducted Daly just three years earlier.
Family support was central to the night, with Winkler’s children Max Winkler, Jed Weitzman with wife Amanda,
and Zoe Winkler Reinis with husband Rob proudly by his side. Photos captured the family’s shared joy at the milestone.
Other inductees included Viola Davis, Ryan Murphy, Conan O’Brien, Mike Post, and the late Don Mischer, each celebrated for their contributions to television.
Following the event, Winkler expressed his gratitude on social media, calling it “an overwhelming night,”
a fitting reflection of both the honor and the love that surrounded him.
