Trump Receives Sad News after Making Promises to Teen Fighting Cancer

President Donald Trump made promises to a teenage boy who was battling cancer, offering to grant the teen’s wish – but then things took a turn for the worse. The teen, known as 17-year-old Justin Hylton, had sadly passed away due to complications from his cancer.

This leaves Trump with a void and inability to truly make good on his promise, but there’s a possibility that Trump could still do something nice for the family.

A report on Daily Mail talked about how President Trump found out about the boy:

In a plea to charity group Make-a-Wish Foundation, Justin asked if he could ‘chill in the White House’ with Trump once he finished his treatments.

While on the campaign trail last October, Trump responded to Justin’s request and promised to bring him to the White House for lunch.

The president said in his response video: ‘When you’re better, which will be very soon, you’re going to come to the White House and I’m going to be with you and we’re going to spend a lot of time together.

‘It’s going to be something special, so get better quickly because I really want to spend some time with you.’

Unfortunately, Justin’s mother Amanda Hylton announced this week that Justin passed away from his cancer before getting the chance to fulfill his wish.

The mom has stated she was honored to be Justin’s mother and wouldn’t change it for the world. She said she knows Trump may not see her message, but if he does – that she would love to see him at Justin’s funeral, so he could finally have his moment to “chill” with the president.

Let’s hope President Donald Trump sees her message and spends some time with the family.
