Sending prayers and positive thoughts to Kurt Russell!

Kurt Russell, the celebrated American actor, launched his career at just 12 years old in a western TV series and rose to prominence with a Golden Globe nomination for his role in the 1983 film Silkwood. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, to actor Bing Russell and ballerina Louise Julia Russell, Kurt Russell is currently fighting a severe case of Necrotizing fasciitis, a dangerous flesh-eating disease caused by various types of bacteria.

“Necrotizing fasciitis is an extremely serious condition that can quickly spread throughout the body, leading to severe damage to tissues and organs”, the article explains. This illness, which is thought to be linked to PJS, presents with a range of symptoms, from none at all to the growth of polyps in the small intestine. If untreated, these polyps may become cancerous. Early diagnosis and intervention are critical in preventing these growths from developing into potentially fatal tumors.
