Ingredients: •Fresh eggs (as many as you need) •Water •Ice, Instructions: Boiling the Eggs:
•Place the eggs in a single layer at the bottom of a pot. •Cover the eggs with at least an inch of cold water.
•Bring the water to a rapid boil over high heat. •Once the water is boiling, cover the pot and turn off the heat.
•Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 12 minutes for large eggs (adjust the time slightly for smaller or larger eggs).
Cooling and Peeling:
•Prepare a bowl of ice water. •Once the eggs have finished cooking, transfer them immediately to the ice water to cool for at least 5 minutes.
•To peel the eggs, gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then start peeling from the wider end, which often contains an air pocket.
•Rinse the peeled eggs under cold water to remove any bits of shell or membrane
